Shipping and returns Policy

Shipment processing time

For shipping time, please contact us directly. The services we're offering are unique and the amount of time needed for each job is dependant on multiple factors.
Usually the waiting time for repair kits is around two weeks. 
If we will be experiencing a high volume of orders there will be delays.
The best way is to contact us prior to ordering online.
 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We don't offer shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a call when your carbs are finished and soon after you will receive the tracking number.

 


Customs, duties, and taxes

Carb Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Carb Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We take extra care to secure the items well in the box to minimise the chance of damage during shipping occurring.
Please do the same when shipping the carburettors to us.
