Carb Care offers professional single carburettor maintenance and cleaning. Our service includes complete disassembly to the bare carb bodies, cleaning all parts in an ultrasonic bath, assembly with new seals, O-rings and needle valves. Adjustments will be made to the idle mixture, and fuel level (float height).
We exclusively use the highest quality motorcycle carburettor repair kits with seals and O-rings made from Fluorosilicone & VitonĀ® for the best fuel resistance and longevity (if available for your bike model). The usual lead time for parts is two weeks.
The offered service is for the maintenance of a carburettor that has already been removed from the motorcycle and delivered to us. Rebuild kit pricing is separate and will be provided upon receiving more information on the motorcycle model.For clients needing on-site service, an extra fee applies for travelling to your location (dependent on distance travelled) and for removing and installing the carburettor rack (dependent on extra labour required).
